Growing up, I always had a fascination with my mom and my grandmothers collection of photo albums. Always asking "who is this? Who is that?" and hearing the stories of memories captured and placed in a book. I've always had a love for capturing memories.
Through out middle school and high school, I was capturing all milestones, big and small. I also had a love for catering to people and making them happy. Being a Grey's Anatomy junkie, I felt going into the medical field was the only natural thing for me to do.
For years I worked towards getting myself into the medical field, going to school and studying my ass off. All the while, capturing every moment possible through my journey. Personal times in life began to go bad, and I felt my life, my future was going nowhere.
A coworker of mine, and close friend, asked me one day to join her in capturing her brothers wedding. She did photography as a hobby, but was expecting a little bundle of joy at any moment. Her brothers wedding day CHANGED MY LIFE. I had SO MUCH FUN capturing the best day of their life! That's when I realized, this is what I wanted to do.
That was 5 years ago. Now I'm a stay at home mom, documenting memories for a living, with an amazing husband to support me in my dream!
Meet the ones I come home to after my weddings! My family is so important to me, and I am entirely grateful that I'm able to support them and still spend time with them during the week!
The little goofball who made me a mom! He is the life of the house, and is a big hyper active momma's boy! He introduced us to the beautiful world of Autism, and I'm grateful to call him my son.
I owe everything to this man! He supported me in my dream, and supported me when I decided to quit my job, stay home, and open my business. He has always been there for me, and if it weren't for him, I wouldn't have the honor of capturing the memories of all my couples!
Our newest addition to the family! He joined me in all of my weddings during the incredibly busy fall of 2021, and finally made his debut in January of 2022! He's always full of laughter and has an amazing sense of curiosity and adventure!
